Job Description
We are seeking a full time experienced Chief Stewardess with strong cooking skills needed for a private motor yacht program based in Fort Myers. Non-liveaboard position with daily commute to the boat. Responsible for five-star interior service, guest hospitality, and meal preparation. Responsibilities Manage the Stewardess crew Maintain high standards of interior presentation, service, and cleanliness Plan and prepare quality meals for owners and guests Manage provisioning, inventory, and galley Handle table service, bar service, turndown, and laundry Coordinate with Captain and owner Support household/estate standards when docked in port Requirements Proven Chief Stew / Sole Stew / Stew-Cook experience on private motor yachts Strong cooking ability Professional appearance (no visible tattoos in uniform) Flexible schedule (weekends, evenings, multi-day trips) Clean background and ability to pass drug test Must be able to commute daily to the boat in Fort Myers Local Fort Myers / SW Florida candidates preferred Compensation Great pay and tips!
