Evening Bakery Production Associate

• Edgar's Bakery (Pelham, 3PM-11PM) Edgar's Bakery is growing, and we're adding dependable people to our evening production crew at the Pelham commissary. The 3PM-11PM shift keeps our bakery moving through the second half of the day
• baking, finishing, and packing the fresh product that ships to our stores each morning. If you like steady, hands-on work and take pride in a job done right, we'd love to meet you. Shift Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Full-time, with your early mornings free. What You'll Do
• Bake off and finish cakes, pastries, and other fresh product coming out of the ovens.
• Pan, wrap, label, and box finished items for delivery to our store locations.
• Run and monitor production equipment safely to keep the line moving.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safe, including dishwashing and product staging. What We're Looking For
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• the evening crew counts on each other.
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and staying busy for the length of the shift.
• Food production or kitchen experience is a plus, but we're glad to train the right person.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. What We Offer
