Job Description
As a Tasting Room Associate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Serving wine flights, glasses, and bottles to guests Creating a memorable and unique guest experience in the tasting room Preparing and serving tapas and light food offerings Assisting with opening and closing procedures Supporting onsite and offsite events as needed This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Saturday & Sunday availability is required, as this is the primary regularly scheduled shift for the position. Additional fill-in and support hours may also be available based on business needs and event schedules. Compensation is hourly pay plus tips. Summary As a Tasting Room Associate, you will deliver warm, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will manage guest relations, assist with wine service, and uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards while operating POS systems. Reporting to the Manager, you will support opening and closing procedures, prepare simple food items as needed, and ensure a clean, inviting space. Your commitment to exceptional hospitality and accurate, friendly service will enhance guest experiences and brand reputation.
