Join Our Team Chateau Diana Winery is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Tasting Room Server to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, have a passion for wine, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. As a Tasting Room Server, you will be one of the first people our guests meet. Your role is to provide exceptional hospitality while introducing visitors to our wines, wine club, seasonal events, and winery story. This is a hands-on position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service. Lead wine tastings in a fun, engaging, and educational manner. Recommend wines based on guest preferences and confidently answer questions about our wines and winery. Process wine, merchandise, and food purchases accurately through our POS system. Promote and enroll guests into the Chateau Diana Wine Club. Meet and exceed daily sales goals for wine, retail merchandise, and memberships. Assist with wine-by-the-glass service, wine slushies, seasonal beverages, and light food offerings. Set up, clean, and maintain the tasting room to ensure an inviting atmosphere. Assist with winery events, private tastings, concerts, and special hospitality experiences. Restock merchandise and maintain inventory displays. Follow all responsible beverage service and food safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with the entire winery team. Qualifications Previous hospitality, restaurant, retail, or tasting room experience preferred. Wine knowledge is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate. Friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with groups of guests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash transactions. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be available weekends, holidays, and occasional evening events.
