Responsibilities Prepare and brew kombucha by following precise recipes and fermentation protocols, ensuring consistent product quality. Operate and troubleshoot brewing equipment, including fermentation tanks, bottling lines, and cleaning systems, maintaining optimal performance. Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout the production process to prevent contamination, adhering to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). Monitor fermentation stages, adjusting parameters such as temperature and pH levels to achieve desired flavor profiles. Assist with packaging operations, including filling bottles, capping, labeling, and preparing products for distribution. Conduct routine cleaning of equipment and work areas using proper chemical handling procedures to uphold food safety standards. Support inventory management by handling raw materials with care ensuring proper storage and rotation. Requirements Prior experience in beverage manufacturing or craft beer production is highly preferred. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, HACCP protocols, and food safety standards. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Ability to operate machinery safely while adhering to safety standards in a manufacturing environment. Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and recording production data. Strong team leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to communicate effectively. Why Join Us?
