Job Description
This is specifically for a Culinary PA, and will try to cross-post to PA. I'm not 100% sure what days after Saturday and Sunday, but Saturday will just be runs/picking up groceries, and then Sunday will be a bit of getting food together, but also traditional PA stuff like runs regarding lunch and anything else. We don't tend to have very long days and during the week they are going to mainly be rehearsals for an upcoming cooking show. Location on Sunday will be in Toluca Lake, other days are TBD. You will need your own car for runs. You must be detail oriented and know the difference between tuna and sardines, dijon mustard and yellow mustard. That type of stuff, and know how to prep food. Having said that, we will have actual chefs on staff who will likely do most of the prep.
