What You'll Do Prepare and assemble baked goods following detailed recipes and processes Measure, mix, shape, and portion ingredients with consistency and accuracy Operate basic bakery equipment safely and efficiently Maintain high standards for product quality, presentation, and freshness Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for distribution Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Experience in food production, bakery, or manufacturing preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions accurately Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25/bs 💡
