High SchoolResponsibilities Load raw ingredients into automated machinery to maintain continuous, high-volume pastry production. Monitor high-speed conveyors and baking equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow. Conduct visual quality control on moving lines to verify pastry shape, check for defects, and ensure correct filling amounts. Remove imperfect items from the active production line to maintain high product standards. Sort, count, and package finished baked goods accurately according to private label client specifications. Handle production materials, which includes safely moving and stacking trays, ingredient pans, and packaging supplies. Safely lift and transport ingredients and heavy materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a routine basis. Maintain operational pace and strong attention to detail while standing for extended periods in a fast-paced industrial environment.
