Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a food manufacturing team responsible for producing cereal and granola products. Production Associates will assist with ingredient preparation, operating production equipment, packaging, quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to production specifications. Assist with the production and processing of cereal and granola products. Load ingredients and materials into mixers, ovens, conveyors, and other production equipment. Monitor production equipment and report any issues to supervisors. Inspect products for quality, appearance, weight, and proper packaging. Package, label, and palletize finished products. Follow GMP, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Perform repetitive lifting, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Complete production paperwork and follow batch/production instructions. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic understanding of food safety and GMP practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work around heat, ovens, machinery, and food-processing equipment.

Pay:

$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
