Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team in a food processing plant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of food production practices, including CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Responsibilities Operate and monitor food production equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Follow established procedures for food processing and fabrication to maintain product quality. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to CGMP guidelines. Sanitate workstations and equipment regularly to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment. Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately during the production process. Assist in the training of new team members on operational procedures and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any discrepancies noted during operations. Safely operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in food production or a similar role is highly desirable. Familiarity with

CGMP, FDA

regulations, HACCP principles, and food safety practices is preferred. Basic math skills are essential for accurate measurement and documentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills related to food processing and production operations. A valid forklift certification is a plus but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
