Responsibilities Operate and monitor food production equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to CGMP guidelines. Sanitate workstations and equipment regularly to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment. Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately during the production process. Assist in the training of new team members on operational procedures and safety protocols.
