Sonoma Springs Brewing Company is a small, hands-on craft brewery looking for a Brewer/Assistant Brewer to help keep beer moving and the cellar running smoothly. This is an entry-level role —some experience is a plus, but not required. What You'll Be Doing Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, kegs, hoses, and brewery equipment Assisting with cellar work (transfers, dry hopping, carbonation, etc.) Helping with packaging (kegging, canning, labeling, stacking) Supporting brew days as needed Keeping the production space clean, organized, and safe Noticing problems early and speaking up before they become real problems What We're Looking For Strong can-do attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and apply common sense Comfortable with repetitive, physical work Attention to detail and pride in doing things correctly Reliable, punctual, and accountable Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in wet, cold, and loud production environments Experience Brewery or Winery experience: nice to have, not required Manufacturing or production experience: a plus We're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
