We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and repairing high-speed production equipment to meet plant production goals. This role involves working collaboratively within a designated team, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining positive relationships across departments.

Responsibilities:

Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to ensure production goals are met. Build positive relationships across designated teams by effectively collaborating, communicating, and upholding ethical integrity. Possess knowledge of operating Cryovac and sanitation, setup, and troubleshooting of hydration equipment. Familiarity with corenco, dicer, and scales for pre-scaling. Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), sanitation, setup of kettles, filters, and daily reports for Clean-in-Place (CIPs). Familiarity with Just Foods (ERP) reporting and setup. Actively participate in training with Job Instructions (JI) and Job Relations (JR). Follow all job safety practices and policies, including food safety, personal protective equipment usage, and emergency procedures. Read, understand, and adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in operating and maintaining production equipment preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload requirements effectively. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures. Familiarity with sanitation practices and equipment setup. Willingness to undergo training and continuous improvement initiatives.
