This is an entry-level role that requires no prior experience — a great way to get a foot in the door in the brewing industry. We're looking for a go-getter with a great attitude who embodies our core values: Continuous Improvement, Approachable Hospitality, Consistency, Quality, and Community Commitment. Responsibilities Wash kegs according to SOP Fill kegs Perform tank CIP (clean-in-place) Handle basic cellar duties, including daily beer checks, tank monitoring, and tank dumps Assist brewers in maintaining an organized brewhouse Assist brewers in completing daily checklist items Mill grain Qualifications Basic beer knowledge Willingness to learn Ability to work safely around hazardous chemicals A passion for craft beer Requirements Able to team-lift 180 pounds and lift 60 pounds overhead Able to stand and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts Able to execute aseptic technique Steel-toed footwear required Available for at least two 8-10 hour shifts per week Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 55 pounds Frequently lift and stack half-barrel kegs (approximately 160 pounds) using proper lifting technique Frequently push and pull half-barrel kegs with a keg dolly Frequently push and pull full pallets of kegs and cans with a pallet jack Frequently lift half-barrel kegs onto pallets using proper lifting technique Stand, walk, bend, squat, and work in refrigerated areas for extended periods Schedule 10-20 hours per week Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability required Compensation & Benefits Weekly beer allotment (one complimentary 6-pack or 4-pack). Two shift beers after each worked shift. 50% employee discount on additional beer purchases. Employee food discount. Consistent part-time schedule.
