What You'll Do As our Assistant Coffee Roaster, you'll play a key role in ensuring every batch of coffee meets our high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the roasting process to produce consistent, high-quality coffee. Monitoring and maintaining roasting equipment to ensure smooth operations. Helping with inventory management, including tracking green coffee and roasted beans. Collaborating with the team to develop and refine roast profiles. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and quality standards. What We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role (coffee roasting experience is a plus!). A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn more about the craft. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions. A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. Physical ability to lift and move bags of coffee (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Why Join Sales Office?
