Duties Assist in the preparation and processing of food products according to established recipes and procedures, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation standards. Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in compliance with FDA regulations, and safety standards. Ensure proper packaging of finished goods while maintaining quality assurance standards throughout the production cycle. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools to meet strict hygiene protocols. Follow all regulatory, legal, and company-specific compliance standards related to food safety management. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Skills GMP Knowledge. Experience with food processing, packaging, and manufacturing management within a food or beverage production environment. Strong understanding of quality standards in production and food safety management practices. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments. Effective communication skills for managing team coordination and managerial reporting. Commitment to maintaining safety standards in production environments, including sanitation protocols. Prior experience working in a food processing plant or similar manufacturing setting is highly desirable. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
