Currently, The Florida Brewery, Inc. seeks for responsible and highly prepared individuals who can commit to our company in the journey of reaching the highest standards in quality products and services. position overview This position reports to the Brewing Manager and is responsible of performing and monitoring CIP's processes, fermentation, yeast harvest, filtration, blending processes and operations. Candidates must be proactive, self-starter, take control of operational responsibilities, as well as, willing to work in rotational shifts including weekends. basic qualifications- Legally authorized to work in the U.S
- 21 years old or older
- Undergo and pass background check
- Undergo and pass drug test skills
- High school diploma (required)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
- Must be available to work rotational shifts, weekend and holiday schedules as required.

- Must be able to learn and accurately utilize brewery operation system. job duties
- Performing and monitoring Cleaning in Place (CIP) operations in fermenters, tanks, yeast storge, fillers, filters, lines, and others by following company procedures.
- Performing, monitoring, and recording beer and malta filtration processes. Additionally, complete daily report of quality parameters, including extract, pH, color, alcohol, CO2 and O2.
- Performing chemical inventory weekly
- Complete CIP chemicals validation weekly.
- Cleaning and organization of areas and equipment within the facilities, foaming equipment, hoses, brooms, shovels, brushes, scrapers, squeegees, and numerous chemicals are necessary to sanitize the designated site.
- Must wear respirators, and all safety and sanitation equipment as required and follow all GMP guidelines.
- Unloading of material for Brewing and Blending processing which may include bags, totes, drums, pallets, etc.
- Communicate with coworkers by radio. Must carry radio as required. Phones are restricted when operations are running.
- Perform Quality checks, testing, and complete paperwork as required.
- Must be able to make equipment and product changeovers using tools as needed.
- Must work and clean in confined space areas such as tanks and vessel. special demands
- Ability to endure daily, excessive walking, standing, kneeling, crouching, lifting (excess of 60lbs), twisting, climbing, reaching.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, climb flights of stairs, work from elevated areas, and wear a respirator and/or hearing protection when required by the job.
- Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination sufficient to operate hand tools and industrial machinery.
- Occasionally work from elevated areas (ladders, platforms, and others as required)
- Tolerate sudden change of temperatures hot and cold room environments.
- Must be available to support 14 hours shift, weekend and holiday schedules as required
