Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region (and now Florida!), whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery. What you'll be doing: Supporting your co-workers and our patrons to provide and maintain the taproom atmosphere - clean, friendly, and fun. Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision, possess a "can-do" personality, be self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude, flexible, and willing to learn.

Basics:

taking orders, pouring beer, mixing cocktails and serving guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar space, replenishing supplies, etc. We want someone with the strong desire to promote our brands and provide unparalleled service - the ultimate guest experience! This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability. Pay rate is $10.98 per hour plus tips. Be able to adapt to volume fluctuation Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to schedule Able to follow directions; promote cleanliness and protocols Willingness to learn our beer and cider offerings as well as specialty beverages/cocktails Must be of state legal age to serve alcohol Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Us?
