The ideal candidate will oversee the brewing process, manage production workflows, and maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft unique Kava & Kratom beverages in a dynamic and innovative setting, contributing to the growth and success of our brand. Duties Lead and oversee all aspects of the brewing process, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and specifications. Manage daily production schedules, coordinate material handling, and operate various equipment involved in beverage manufacturing. Maintain strict safety protocols across all operations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with brewing equipment and other machinery, performing basic repairs or coordinating maintenance as needed. Operate material handling equipment and machinery efficiently to support production needs. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and uphold quality standards. Document production data accurately for quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement purposes. Experience Proven experience in beverage manufacturing facilities with a strong background in food & beverage production. Hands-on experience with brewing processes is essential. Familiarity with safety protocols relevant to manufacturing environments is required. Basic math skills are necessary for measurements, recipe adjustments, and data recording. Mechanical knowledge related to brewing equipment and machinery is highly desirable. Experience troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment used in beverage production is preferred. Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently is required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a brewing or manufacturing setting is advantageous.
