Pizza & Sandwich Cook - Family-Owned Restaurant & Brewery Great Chicago Fire Brewery is looking for a dependable cook to join our small, experienced team in downtown Leesburg. We operate a focused but high-volume menu featuring pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers, and other casual restaurant favorites. The right person should be comfortable working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining consistent food quality and a clean, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers, and menu items to order Following recipes, portion standards, and food-safety procedures Managing multiple orders during busy service periods Maintaining a clean and organized workstation Assisting with prep, stocking, dishes, and closing duties Communicating and working well with servers, bartenders, and other kitchen staff What we are looking for: A strong and dependable work ethic Reliable transportation Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality A positive, team-oriented attitude Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Restaurant or pizza-kitchen experience is preferred, but we will consider applicants with a strong attitude and willingness to learn We are a small staff that works together and has one another's back. Dependability is especially important because every scheduled employee plays an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Employees are expected to arrive on time and provide as much notice as possible if an emergency prevents them from working. This is a relaxed, family-owned workplace without constant micromanagement.
