Job Description

4 day work week! 3 day
WEEKENDS
every week! FT w/ benefits! Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hard working individual to join our team at historic Betty Jane Candies to work directly under our lead candy maker. Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes and formulations. Operate and maintain candy-making equipment, ensuring compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Monitor cooking processes to ensure products are cooked to the correct temperature and consistency. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality control. Experience Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not a requirement. Must be dependable, the production team works as a unit, tardiness or excessive call offs unacceptable.
Schedule:
4 day work week! Monday-Thursday 10 hr shifts, off work by 4pm at the latest and constant 3 day weekends!
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
