Job Description

Cook Au Vin is seeking an organized and reliable Bakery Production Associate to join our growing company. Our mission is to bring authentic French baking into everyday life. We are a close-knit team that takes pride in our craft. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to product quality and consistency.
About the role:
You will be responsible for collecting the number of finished goods required, inspecting for quality consistency, sorting and packing by items as per the company instructions, and following all site health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for glazing and baking the croissants required for packing. A strong work ethic is essential.
Responsibilities:
Support daily bakery production operations, including glazing and preparing croissants for packing. Pack items securely in boxes or containers according to specific instructions. Notify Baker or management of any mechanical or foreign product concerns. Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Cleaning the different working areas as required.
Requirements:
Must be detail-oriented. Must be able to work as part of a team. Dependable and independent worker. Well organized. Able to communicate well with others. Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to regularly carry and/or lift 20-pound items.
Mobility factors:
Walking (approximately 30%). Standing (approximately 70%).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in food production or processing. Understand food contamination and foreign material contamination.

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
