Capriole Goat Cheese is an artisan cheese company located on a family-farm in Greenville, IN. We are looking for the right person to become part of our team of hardworking individuals with a shared passion of cheese craftsmanship.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Packaging cheese for sale.
• Learning the procedures to make each cheese.
• Helping to care for cheeses in all of our aging rooms.
• Record-keeping of all cheese production.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must be able to lift up to 30
• 50 lbs.
• Some culinary or food production experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to work in a team oriented facility.
