What You'll Do As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for: Assisting with production tasks, including measuring ingredients and operating equipment. Packaging finished products correctly and efficiently. Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, reporting any concerns to management. Ensuring quality control throughout the production process. Maintaining cleanliness of your workspace and following safety procedures. Moving and lifting ingredients and finished products, sometimes up to 50 pounds. Working in coolers and freezers as needed, in environments between 35-38°F and up to -20°F. Supporting team efforts to meet daily production targets with a positive attitude. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience working in a manufacturing or food production setting is a plus. Dependability and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work overtime if required. Safety-minded approach and attention to sanitation procedures. A team-oriented attitude and reliability.
