Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Looking for a hands-on role in a growing food manufacturing company? Join us as a Production Line Worker in Bath, Maine, and contribute to a team dedicated to quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to gain valuable experience in food production. As a Production Line Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations on the production line. You'll work closely with the team to ensure products are made efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help us meet manufacturing goals while maintaining a safe workspace. What You'll Do As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for: Assisting with production tasks, including measuring ingredients and operating equipment. Packaging finished products correctly and efficiently. Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, reporting any concerns to management. Ensuring quality control throughout the production process. Maintaining cleanliness of your workspace and following safety procedures. Moving and lifting ingredients and finished products, sometimes up to 50 pounds. Working in coolers and freezers as needed, in environments between 35-38°F and up to -20°F. Supporting team efforts to meet daily production targets with a positive attitude. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience working in a manufacturing or food production setting is a plus. Dependability and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work overtime if required. Safety-minded approach and attention to sanitation procedures. A team-oriented attitude and reliability.
