Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to teachers, helping facilitate instruction and small group work Assist students with assignments, reinforcing lessons and modeling positive behaviors Monitor student progress and engage with them one-on-one as needed Support classroom management and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment Assist during transitions, lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times Recordkeeping and documentation as directed by school staff or administration Consistently adhere to district guidelines, policies, and confidentiality standards
