PURPOSE:

Perform duties related to the production of wine at one of two winery locations

PAY RATE

Based on experience, with base starting at $20/hr

CLASS:

Hourly, full-time, seasonal

HOURS:

35-40 hours/week, with overtime required during harvest

RESPONSIBILITY

Assist in all aspects of winery production during grape harvest

REPORTING TO

Winery manager/production winemaker

EXPECTATIONS

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age Proficiency in English Good communication, reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills Must be reliable, self-motivated, willing to learn and improve, have a positive attitude and possess a good work ethic Ability to move and/or lift 40lbs safely Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
