Job Description
Job Description Pryes Brewing Company is looking for a dependable delivery driver to join our team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that involves repeatedly lifting, moving, and delivering full kegs and cases throughout the day in all weather conditions. The right candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. You must be able to manage a delivery route, communicate clearly with customers and the brewery team, and safely handle a demanding workload without constant supervision. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys active work, takes pride in getting the details right, and understands that brewery delivery requires consistency, stamina, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities delivering packaged beer to bars, restaurants and liquor stores planning and following route and delivery time schedules loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, maintaining and operating delivery vehicle representing Pryes Brewing Company in a professional and friendly manner collecting payments and completing logs and reports every day following all road regulations and driving safely and courteously as a representative of Pryes Brewing Company supporting the sales team in representing the beer and the brand to customers Requirements valid MN driver's license. Good driving record. No CDL required ability to operate vehicles in a variety of weather and traffic conditions experience operating a forklift and/or experience in a warehouse a plus ability to lift over 160 pounds dozens of times every day attention to detail and quality in products, customer experience, and job performance professionalism as defined by the ability to make deliberate, intentional decisions, and a desire to grow your competence and skills a combination of creativity, exceptional execution, and personal character to set the standard of what the MN craft beer experience should be
