TAPROOM MANAGER

Heist Brewery & Barrel Arts is looking for an experienced, hands-on Taproom Manager to lead our Barrel Arts team. We're looking for someone who knows hospitality, knows how to lead a team, and understands that great service doesn't happen by accident. What you'll own: Daily taproom operations and service standards Team leadership, training, scheduling and development Guest experience and hospitality Weekly programming, events and specials Bar and taproom organization, cleanliness and presentation Inventory, ordering and operational follow-through Working closely with the kitchen, brewery and management teams Holding the team accountable while building a strong culture What we're looking for: 2+ years of restaurant, bar or brewery management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Someone who is comfortable being on the floor and leading by example Organized, dependable and able to make decisions A genuine interest in beer, hospitality and creating a great guest experience Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done

Compensation:
