Bakery Production Associate Low Carb Foods is seeking a dependable, hands-on Bakery Production Associate to support daily production in our growing specialty bakery. This person will work directly with the bakery team to keep ingredients, equipment, production activities, and finished goods moving smoothly. This is a floor-based role for someone who takes pride in quality, follows direction well, and is willing to learn. Experience with breads, bagels, crackers, or similar baked products is strongly preferred. What You'll Do Weigh, stage, and prepare ingredients for daily production. Follow recipes, formulas, batch records, and production instructions accurately. Assist with mixing, forming, baking, cooling, packaging, labeling, and finished-goods handling for crackers, breads, bagels, and related products. Help ensure ingredients, packaging, and supplies are available and organized before production begins. Support inventory counts, ingredient rotation, storage organization, and communication of low-stock items. Assist with new-product trials and help translate written formulas into practical bakery execution. Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work area throughout the shift. Follow all GMPs, sanitation requirements, food-safety practices, allergen controls, and safety expectations. Perform basic equipment cleaning, changeovers, and troubleshooting within training and authorization. Help wherever needed across bakery production, packaging, warehouse, and special projects. What We're Looking For Bakery, food-production, manufacturing, restaurant, or commercial-kitchen experience preferred. Familiarity with breads, bagels, crackers, dough handling, mixing, or baking is a strong plus. Ability to carefully follow recipes, written instructions, and quality expectations. Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. Comfortable working on your feet and lifting or moving materials up to 50 pounds. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with urgency without sacrificing quality. Willing to learn, cross-train, and support a small team in a fast-moving environment. Positive attitude and ability to communicate respectfully with coworkers and leadership. Schedule and Work Environment This is a hands-on production role in a food-manufacturing environment. Work may involve standing for extended periods, working around ovens and production equipment, handling ingredients, and completing cleaning and sanitation tasks.
