Fremont, NE The 2-2-3 schedule gives you a predictable rotation with multiple days off throughout the month. What You ll Do As a Production Utility Worker, you ll help keep production and packaging operations running efficiently. You ll be trained in multiple areas and should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities may include:

Supply packaging lines with bags, boxes and other materials Operate lift trucks to transport finished products, packaging and raw materials Move finished products from production lines to warehouse areas Properly label skids of materials and finished products Support production teams as needed throughout the facility Perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety procedures and company safety requirements Help the plant meet daily production goals Perform other basic production duties as assigned What We re Looking For Candidates must: Be able to lift up to 50 55 pounds Be able to stand for extended periods on concrete floors Be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach and climb stairs Be able to work in varying temperatures and conditions that may include heat, cold, dust, dirt and cleaning chemicals Be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English Be comfortable wearing required PPE, including a hair net, bump cap, ear protection, safety shoes and uniform Have vision correctable to 20/20 Be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision Follow all safety, sanitation and food production requirements Important Orientation Information Orientation is held Monday mornings at 8: 00 AM.
