6:30am - 4pm
Monday-Friday Pay:
$18+DOE Job Summary The Food Production Operator plays a critical role in producing high-quality, ready-to-eat meat products within a processing facility. You will grind, mix, stuff, cook, package, and prepare premium protein products while strictly maintaining the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
•
Equipment & Production Operations:
Operate grinders, mixers, vacuum stuffers, smokehouses, slicers, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Load, monitor, operate, and unload smokehouse. Perform equipment setup, routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventive maintenance.

Packaging & Logistics:
Package ready-to-eat products using vacuum packaging and other approved packaging systems. Assist with labeling, boxing, palletizing, and staging finished goods for shipment.

Quality, Compliance & Safety:
Strictly adhere to USDA, HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and internal company food safety standards. Monitor product quality throughout processing and immediately escalate any deviations or issues. Accurately complete all required production logs and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Requirements & Physical Demands

Environment:
Comfortable working in refrigerated processing environment.
•
Lifting:
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
•
Stamina:
Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
•
Technical Aptitude:
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and learn specialized production machinery.

Experience:
