Brewer Cellar Worker

Join our dynamic brewing team as a Brewer/Cellar Worker and become a vital part of crafting exceptional craft beers! You'll work hands-on in our brewery cellar, supporting the brewing process from fermentation to packaging, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Assist with the sanitation and cleaning of brewing equipment, tanks, and work areas to uphold food safety standards such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Support the brewing process by monitoring fermentation tanks, managing ingredient additions, and ensuring proper temperature controls. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts safely to move raw ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products within the facility. Participate in packaging operations by preparing bottles, cans, or kegs for distribution while adhering to quality standards. Maintain accurate records of production activities, sanitation schedules, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with inventory management in the warehouse environment, tracking raw materials and finished goods efficiently. Follow all safety protocols related to food industry standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment conducive to high-quality production. Prior experience in manufacturing or food industry environments is preferred, especially within brewing or craft beer production. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and HACCP principles essential for maintaining food safety standards. Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in operating equipment such as forklifts and other warehouse machinery. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including packaging and warehouse logistics. Experience with brewing processes or craft beer is highly desirable. Ability to work safely with chemicals and cleaning agents while following all safety guidelines. Excellent attention to detail coupled with good communication skills to document activities accurately.
