Inspect Food & Packaging:

Check product weights, seal quality, and make sure the food looks right before it gets shipped out.

Keep Logs:

Write down temperatures and checklist answers on daily paper or digital log sheets.

Report Problems:

Tell your supervisor right away if food temperatures are too hot or too cold.

Follow Safety Rules:

Wash hands, wear clean gear (hairnets/gloves), and keep equipment clean.
