Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Ice Cream Maker to join our dynamic food production team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, delicious ice cream products while adhering to strict safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Duties Prepare and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes and production documents, ensuring consistency in flavor and texture Operate industrial ice cream manufacturing equipment, including mixers, pasteurizers, homogenizers, and packaging machinery Maintain strict compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management protocols Conduct routine equipment troubleshooting and perform basic maintenance to ensure optimal operation Follow safety standards in production, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly to uphold sanitation standards and prevent contamination Interpret manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and document production activities diligently Assist with packaging finished products efficiently while maintaining quality control standards Support heavy lifting tasks as needed during ingredient handling or product movement using appropriate tools like forklifts Requirements Prior experience in food processing or dairy goods production is highly preferred Knowledge of

HACCP, CGMP

(Current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety protocol adherence, and regulatory/legal compliance standards in food production Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely Basic math skills for measurements, recipe adjustments, and quality checks Strong internal communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and GMP requirements in a manufacturing environment Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and stand for extended periods during shifts Familiarity with packaging processes and the use of industrial equipment such as forklifts is a plus Join us in creating delightful ice cream treats that bring smiles to our customers!
