WINE, BEER & SPIRITS CELLARMASTER

Keith McNally Restaurant Group — Balthazar, SoHo NYC We're looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented individual to join our Beverage Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and restock all wine, beer (kegs & bottles), and spirits Rotate beverage stock and keep main cellars stocked from overflow areas Maintain the order guide for all beverage items Keep all beverage storage, service areas, and the service cellar organized and clean Liaise with bar staff on special requests for wine, beer, spirits, and modifiers Assist with monthly beverage inventory using R365 Assist with placing orders through R365 and online platforms (Proof, Empire 360, Bees) Comply with DOH and CDC health and safety regulations Oversee wine and spirits supplies/tools and maintain order sheets Assist with office duties as needed, including menu printing, training materials, training class setup/breakdown, updating the 86 list and vintage changes, and other beverage-related administrative tasks

CREDENTIALS & REQUIREMENTS

Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits; certification helpful but not required Able to navigate or learn R365 (inventory and AP software), Shift4 (POS), Excel, Word, InDesign, and Outlook Web mail Able to lift 45-50 lbs., use a hand truck, move full beer kegs, and climb stairs and a small ladder Able to transport cases of wine and spirits throughout the building and to other restaurants in the group, including loading/unloading via elevator and van or truck Able to communicate clearly with the Beverage Department, GM, managers, and restaurant staff Punctual, with strong multitasking ability throughout the shift

$22-26/hour
