Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Host/Hostess at our distinguished distillery in Niagara Falls! In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for every guest. Your energetic and friendly demeanor will set the tone for an exceptional visit, ensuring guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority. Whether managing reservations, guiding visitors through our facility, or providing outstanding customer service, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly with a lively and positive attitude, making them feel instantly welcome Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide accurate information about the distillery tour, tasting experiences, and available amenities Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person with clear communication and hospitality expertise Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth flow of service Support food service operations by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to enhance guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment that reflects our brand standards Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings, including hotel guest services or serving roles Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Demonstrated teamwork skills and a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction Join Our Team at Steelbound Brewery Niagara Falls, NY!
