Responsibilities:

CIP (clean in place) of all filling and batching equipment including tanks, mixing equipment, micro blend, and fillers. Foaming and cleaning of all production conveyors and air knife driers. Monitoring chemical concentrations of the CIP circuits. Boil out and cleaning of Petek tunnel pasteurizers. Monitoring chemical concentrations of the Petek tunnel pasteurizers. Cleaning of tunnel pasteurizer filter screens on frequency to ensure proper operation. ATP, Gluten, Allergen, and Micro swabbing of batching and filling equipment. Proper documentation of all CIP circuits and MSS Overall cleanliness of floors, walls, and production drains and equipment. Assist the production department when needed. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Walking, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs. Basic computer skills Sanitation background preferred Flexible Schedule / Overtime when needed.
