Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the chemical industry, is seeking a Automated Batch Maker to join their team. As an Automated Batch Maker , you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated batching systems used in the production process. This role ensures accurate ingredient dispensing, batch consistency, equipment performance, quality standards, and compliance with all safety and operational procedures. The Automated Batch Maker works closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.

7:00 pm
  • 7:30 am, 2-2-3 rotation schedule (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, repeat).
This schedule includes working every other weekend. What's the Job? Operate and monitor all equipment necessary to ensure continuous and efficient production of supersacks in the Flaking department. Inspect materials and products for defects, ensuring conformance to specifications. Record production and operational data accurately. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area and machinery. Support continuous improvement activities and adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies. What's Needed? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse settings. Forklift experience, preferably with stand-up and reach trucks. Basic computer skills for navigating operational systems. Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. What's in it for me?
