We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. This position will report directly to the Production Supervisor and is the initial person responsible for quality by constantly monitoring the flow of product through the fryer, oven and seasoning application. The Fryer will assist in ensuring their area meets food safety cleanliness standards and operates according to established safety standards. Performs adjustments on the frying to ensure the proper quality of product. Performs adjustments on the seasoner to ensure the proper salt content of the finished product. Document fryer inspections and required documentation. Must be self motivated Ability to respond to changes quickly and pay close attention to detail. Ability to lift 40 lbs on a consistent basis. Knowledge of safe operating practices involved in the use of chemicals, lock-out/tag-out programs. Knowledge of food safety and SQF Requirements.
