Full-Time Compensation:
Starting Pay:
$17.00/hour Potential to earn up to $18.00/hour after 90 days Additional pay increase opportunities after 6 months Regular performance reviews and wage growth opportunities ________________________________________________________________________
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Food Production Laborer to assist production management in carrying out duties in conjunction with production and packaging of salad dressing products. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, food safety, and production efficiency.
Schedule:
Start time typically begins at 5:00 AM (subject to change based on business needs) 8-10-hour shifts Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Supply empty and clean packaging materials needs to the filling line Fill the bottle unscrambler table and check caps to ensure proper seal Supply empty and clean packaging materials that are needed to the filling line Inspect package/ bottles for integrity and quality appearance Package the bottles in the correct size box, with the correct labeling Palletize finished goods properly to company specs Clean and sanitize entire production area including machines, equipment, floors and walls Be flexible and ready to work in various production areas as needed, based on business requirements
Qualifications:
Must 18 years old or older High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to read and follow recipes Mathematical proficient Previous experience in food production a plus Physical Requirements Required to wear PPE (hairnet, gloves, lab coat, mask, shield, safety glasses) Ability to lift and push up to 80lbs frequently Comfortable standing for 8+ hours per day and performing repetitive physical tasks
