Food Production Worker (Industrial Setting)

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Food Production Workers to join our team in an industrial food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating production equipment and packaging finished food products on an assembly line while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor food production machinery in a fast-paced environment Package finished products accurately and efficiently according to company standards Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety regulations Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment Prior machine operation experience Experience with packaging and running production equipment

Work Environment:

Industrial food production facility May include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and production equipment #TLS123

Pay:

$12.00 - $17.00 per hour
