Job Duties:
Brewing and Cellaring duties on our 4 vessel 50bbl system Raw ingredient handling, transferring wort/beer, yeast handling, monitoring fermentations, etc. Operate brewhouse with great attention to detail and accuracy (milling, mashing, lautering, proper gravities, etc.) Yeast management, which includes harvesting and pitching CIP and Sanitization on all vessels (brewhouse, fermenters, and bright tanks) Assist with running our barrel program Crosstrain and assist with our distillery Partake in our on-site wastewater management process Support packaging team duties (kegging, in-house canning line, bottling) Jump in and assist the warehouse team as needed Collaborate and assist the QA/QC team Other duties as assignedJob Requirements:
2+ years of professional brewing experience and/or related degree a must Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow SOP's and other requirements Comfortable using Adobe Acrobat tools (Fill & Sign PDF's) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) Put safety first; for yourself and your team members Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with a diverse team of people Brewing is a physical job- Able to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly, bend, work in tight places and in elevated spaces. Prepared to work in various climates and conditions, in

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience ($20- $23 p/hr) 100% employer-paid base health insurance with additional electives
