Shifts Monday-Thursday Days 6am-6pm Thursday-Sunday Days 6am-6pm Monday-Thursday Nights 6pm-6am Thursday-Sunday Nights 6pm-6am Duties Operate brewing equipment and packaging lines efficiently, ensuring smooth production flow Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and material movement using forklifts and other material handling equipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all production areas following strict HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime, applying mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills Assist with quality assurance checks to ensure product consistency, safety, and adherence to food safety protocols Handle industrial chemicals safely during cleaning and sanitation processes, following all safety standards in production Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, managing raw materials, and preparing finished products for distribution Experience Prior experience in beverage or food manufacturing environment preferred, especially within craft beer production or similar food & beverage industries Knowledge of sanitation procedures, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety protocol adherence required Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs Experience operating machinery such as bottling or canning lines, fermenters, pumps, valves, and other brewing equipment Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, recipes, and quality checks accurately Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment required; warehouse experience is a plus Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in production environments with a focus on food safety and quality assurance Strong teamwork skills with the ability to lead or collaborate effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing setting Join us in creating exceptional craft beers while advancing your career in a vibrant industry!
