Part-Time Lead Brewer / Head Brewer We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Lead Brewer / Head Brewer to manage our brewing operations. This person will be our primary brewer and should be comfortable working independently and keeping production organized. Responsibilities Brew and manage beer production from grain to finished product Monitor fermentation, transfers, carbonation, and kegging Maintain strong cleaning and sanitation standards Keep accurate production and inventory records Manage brewing ingredients and supply needs Help plan the brewing schedule based on sales and taproom needs Troubleshoot brewing, fermentation, and equipment issues Work with ownership on recipes, seasonal beers, and production planning Qualifications Professional brewing experience preferred Able to independently operate a commercial brewhouse and cellar Strong knowledge of sanitation, fermentation, and quality control Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical brewery work safely This is a part-time position with hours based on production needs. Compensation will be based on experience, with potential for the role to grow as the brewery grows.

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
