We're growing and adding to the production team. What you'll do Run brews start to finish: milling, mashing, lautering, boil, whirlpool, knockout, yeast pitch Execute recipes precisely and log every batch — temps, gravities, times, volumes CIP and sanitize brewhouse and cellar equipment Receive and manage raw materials: grain, hops, yeast Work with the team on process improvements and new recipes What we're looking for 1+ years of professional brewing experience — or serious homebrewing chops and the drive to go pro. We'll train the right person. Obsessive about cleanliness, consistency, and detail Able to lift 55 lbs repeatedly, climb ladders, and work in a hot, wet, loud environment Forklift experience a plus Pay & perks $19-24/hour depending on experience (≈ $40-50K/year), full-time Paid time off Brew a serious hop program — fresh New Zealand and US lots — at a top-rated PA brewery
