Job Description:
Knife Drop Studios, the production company behind chef and social media star Nick DiGiovanni, is looking to hire a full-time Culinary Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the culinary and production side of our content - from sourcing and prepping ingredients to coordinating shoot logistics and ensuring our kitchen and filming spaces are ready for production. You will play a hands-on role in bringing our food content to life, working closely with Nick and the production team to manage the culinary pipeline across all video productions. This role blends culinary knowledge, production coordination, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You are a self-starter who can operate autonomously, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once. You have a keen attention to detail, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and great interpersonal skills. You should have 2+ years of experience in a production, culinary, or content-adjacent role. You are willing to work flexible hours including occasional travel and weekends, and excited about working in the food space. Who you'll work with You will directly support Nick DiGiovanni and work closely with his team, including his manager, videographers, editors, and the wider production team. You will be the go-to person for all culinary production needs - coordinating with external vendors, managing ingredient sourcing, and ensuring that every shoot runs smoothly from a food and logistics perspective. You will also collaborate with the social media and content teams on planning and executing branded content. What you'll bring to the team 2+ years of experience in a production, culinary, content creation, or administrative support role Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented Experience with food preparation, kitchen management, and working with a variety of kitchen appliances and equipment Ability to quickly learn how to use unique kitchen gadgets (cotton candy machines, food dehydrators, immersion circulators, etc.) A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work flexible hours, occasionally travel, and work weekends as needed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and career experience
