About Our Company:
We are the one and only Honey & Mead producer in Hawaiʻi and are looking for energetic team members to join our Farmers' Market team!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Farmers' Market Lead to manage our booth at the top rated KCC Farmers' Market! You will be responsible for setup and break down every 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month. You will need to pick up the van on Fridays and also assist with honey production needs and market prep.
Required Skills:
Reliable and punctual Great communication, good work ethic and positive attitude Friendly and knowledgeable customer service Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record Able to work outdoors in varying conditions Able to lift 50 pounds Japanese speaking is a plus! Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Responsibilities:
Early morning shift driving to-and-from KCC Farmers' Market and our Wahiawa production facility. Loading/unloading van with necessary products for the market. Set up and break down of the market booth & product displays. Handle routine POS transactions, handling cash/change, etc. Engage with market customers in a friendly & personable manner regarding honey products, company history, and general tourist information. Stay current on general bee and honey knowledge. Honey production assistance (included in training)
Schedule:
1st & 3rd Fridays (Half day, full day or only van pick up at Wahiawa) 1st & 3rd Saturdays KCC Farmers' Market - Early morning shift (5:45am to 1pm), twice a month.
