Job Description
We're looking for a versatile, detail-oriented person who loves fashion and enjoys working in both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes roles. This is a hybrid position that combines sales in our boutique with hands-on support for our production manager. This is a great opportunity to be part of a creative, growing fashion brand where no two days are the same. You'll gain experience across retail, production, and marketing while working closely with a supportive team. What you'll do: Assist customers on the sales floor with warmth and professionalism Support the production manager by inspecting, tagging, and preparing garments Create engaging Instagram/social media posts to showcase our collections Help maintain Shopify and online product listings (experience a plus, but not required) Keep the shop organized and visually appealing What we are looking for: Passion for fashion and retail sales Flexible, reliable, and happy to work weekends Detail-oriented and able to switch easily between front-of-house and back-of-house tasks Tech-savvy with social media (Instagram especially); Shopify knowledge a bonus Team player with a positive attitude 15-20 hours per week Must include weekend availability Why join us?
