Job Description
Dry Brew is a small-batch coffee confectionery company. We're looking for a reliable production crew member to join our team. What You'll Do Operate production equipment Follow food safety and sanitation procedures (HACCP practices) Perform quality checks on product throughout the run Package, label, and prep product for shipment Keep the production area clean and organized Pitch in on general warehouse/fulfillment tasks as needed What We're Looking For Food industry experience required (production, kitchen, or manufacturing background) Comfortable standing/on your feet for a full shift Attention to detail — consistency matters in small-batch production Reliable, on-time, team player Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Nice to Have Familiarity with food safety certifications (ServSafe, HACCP)
