About the Role We are looking for outgoing, polished, and hospitality-driven associates to join our tasting room team. This is a guest-facing, sales-focused role where your ability to connect with people and create an exceptional experience directly impacts success. You'll guide guests through tastings, share our story, and confidently recommend wines—while helping grow our wine club and brand loyalty. What You'll Do Deliver a consistently elevated guest experience from greeting to checkout Lead engaging, educational, and fun wine tastings Drive wine sales and wine club memberships through natural conversation and recommendations Support events and high-volume service days (we get busy—in a good way) Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized tasting room Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks Contribute to a positive, team-first environment What We're Looking For A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly Strong customer service or hospitality background (retail, restaurant, bar, etc.) Comfortable with sales and making recommendations Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor Ability to multi-task and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Availability to work weekends and holidays (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (cases of wine, stocking, etc.) Wine knowledge is a plus—but we'll train the right person What You'll Get Hourly pay + tips + bonuses Ongoing wine education & training A fun, team-oriented environment Growth opportunities within a growing company Requirements Current TABC Certification Current Texas Food Handler Certification High school diploma (or equivalent) How to Apply Submit your résumé and a brief introduction to our General Manager, Meghan Delgado.
